Walter P. Rice received both his Masters & Advanced Graduate Degrees in Counseling Psychology from Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts. He has a B.A. in Philosophy from St. Bonaventure University in New York and a Masters in Divinity from Christ The King Seminary in St. Bonaventure, New York.
